- Emails/messages: kept until your matter is closed, then up to 6 months unless law requires otherwise.
- Call recordings: stored for 30 days, then deleted (longer only if needed to protect rights or comply with law).
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Access is limited to bound processors (hosting, email/telephony, IT/CRM) under Art. 28 GDPR, competent authorities where required by law, and messaging providers you choose (e.g., WhatsApp/Telegram) acting as independent controllers.
International transfers
When using global services (e.g., WhatsApp), data may be transferred outside the EEA subject to GDPR safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

Nature of Our Services
RenovoGo Group (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent legal and consulting organization. We are not an employment agency, direct employer, or seller of jobs, visas, or documents. Any sample vacancies shown on this site and in our PDF offers are for informational purposes only and are not job advertisements.
What We Do
- Legal review and verification of employment contracts and related documents for candidates and partners.
- Consulting on residence permits, right to work, and migration-law compliance.
- Support in preparing documentation for visa and residence applications.
- Assistance and full accompaniment for business setup in Europe (company registration, bank account opening, tax and corporate compliance). Final approvals remain subject to competent authorities and financial institutions.
- Support in concluding direct agreements with employers and other parties (e.g., commercial lease, real-estate purchase).
- Independent guidance to help avoid fraud and verify employers via official channels (e.g., Czech labour offices such as uradprace.cz).
- Accommodation and practical support as individually agreed in writing.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not operate as an employment agency and thus do not require an agency licence.
- We do not sell jobs, documents, or visas.
- We do not guarantee the granting of any visa/residence permit or employment position—decisions rest with authorities and employers.
- We do not publish fixed service prices on the website; each cooperation is documented individually in writing with the partner.
Legal Effect of RenovoGo Commercial Offers (PDF)
Our individual PDF offers sent to partners specify fees, obligations, and cooperation terms. Under European contract law principles (including Directive 2011/83/EU and the general principle of pacta sunt servanda), once accepted, such offers have binding civil effect comparable to a contract. No signatures are required; commencement of cooperation constitutes agreement between the parties.
Authorization & Verification of Representatives
We are aware of potential misuse of our brand by third parties. RenovoGo is responsible only for officially appointed representatives confirmed via our channels. Persons claiming to be our staff/partners who are not verified through our official contacts are not part of our group, and we assume no liability for their actions.
